WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD. LEASE OF LOT 1, WATERLOOQUAY RECLAMATION. TENDERS for the lease of tlxe above Lot will be received by the Board up to 8 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 27th day of October, 1915. The first term of the lease will lie-' 21 ; years, with a perpetual right of renewal at terms -of .14 years at a rent fixed by valuation. Tenderers will tender at an* annual rent for the first 21 years. The terms and conditions of tender, and the lease to /be accepted by the Lessee, can b© seen at the Board's Office during office hours, and forms of tender can be obtained from the Secretary. The lease requires the erection by the' Lessee of buildings within four years to the value of £500. The Lessee will pay ah rates, taxes, and outgoings. The rent will be payable half-yearly' in advance. The provisions for renewals are thesame as are contained in the first schedule of the "Public Bodies Leases Act, 1908."
