WORKERS DWELLINGS ACT, 1910. NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT. DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR. TENDERS for the Erection of Fiv© Workers' Dwellings on the Park Road Settlement, Carterton, and Two on, the Kuripuni Settlement, Masterton. TENDERS are invited, on forms to be provided (one for each dwelling), for the Erection of Seven Dwellings. PLANS and SPECIFICATIONS and Conditions of Contract may be seen, and Forms of Tender obtained, at the Office of the Labour Department, Masterton,' during the usual office hours. Each builder should tender for the jvhole or as many as possible of the dwellings, stating on the "Summary of Tenders" the maximum number he ss prepared to erect. The envelope is to be endorsed "Tender for Workers' Dwellings," and addressed to the Superintendent of Workers' Dwellings, Department of Labour, Wellington, to reach his office not later than the 28th October, 1915. Deposits must accompany tenders az tihe rate of £5 for each dwelling the builder is prepared to erect. Each £5 t-o be separate. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. F. W.
