THE Tweaity-seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the hall of the Chamber of Commerce, National Mutual Buildings, Wellington, on WEDNESDAY, the Ist day of April, 1908, at 12 noon. Business : To Receive Directors' Report Statement of Receipts and Expenditure Declaration of Dividend Election of Directors. Election of Auditors.

The Transfer Books of the Company will be CLOSED from WEDNESDAY, ISth day of March, to the 2nd day of April, 1908. Messrs.
