"Accordion-pleated silk oi canvas coats are very fashionable. Anothei style much woin is the veiy full sac. The lattei is often made up in dull silk or soft satin effects. The sleeves are a very important feature, being laige and veiy much trimmed The sloping shoulder eftect is also much in evidence, and the most geneially used tnmmings are lace and chiffon

" Lace coats aie also woin to some extent, but as these aie principally made of good laces they are not within the leach of all.

" Capes seem to be going fo take on again, and some veiy smait effects may be seen in these made of canvas, silk or lace, eithei plain oi accordioni 'pleated. " Cieam seige coats in three-quartei lengths, either with plain 101 l oi step collar and with or without capes, are fashionable.
