The Second and Final Sale of Miramar.
The surveyors having finished the survey and laying off, the second and final sale of the property has been taxed for Thursday, 11th December. Messrs. Macdonald, Wilson & Co., the auctioneers, submitting it by public auction at their rooms on that date. Lithographic plans are being issued, and free excursion tickets by the steamer can be obtained from the auctioneers for the steamers on each "Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday till the day of sale. • ♦ • So much has been written and said about the property during the last few weeks that the public are more familiar with the name of Miramar than that of any property which has been submitted for sale for many years. To those of our readers who have not inspected it, we say do so as early as possible. • • • The advantages connected with the property may well be guaged by the excitement caused by the first sale, and the fact that evsry section was sold under the hammer on the afternoon of the sale. The second sale now to take place contains not only a larger area of land, but the sections are, in many respects, superior as residence sites.
