IT is hereby notifaed that the Partnership existing between WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES, Henby Hampton Rayward, and Ernest Smith Baldwin, carrying on business in Wellington, Christchurch, Auckland, and Dunedin as Patent Agents and Enginecis, under the style of "Hughes, Rayward, and Baldwin," has been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. WILLIAM ERNEST HUGHES has taken over the business of the late iirm with the exception of the Engineering business in connection with Golddredging, which has been taken over by Messrs. Rayward and Baldwin. Mr. HUGHES will be entitled to receive all book debts due to the late firm, and will discharge all its liabilities other than those relating to Gold-dredging Engineering, and will in future carry on the business as Patent Agent and Consulting Engineer in the various offices of the late firm, under the name or style of HENRY HUGHES. Messrs. Rayward and Baldwin will cairy on business as Patent Agents and Mining and Consulting Engineers in partnership. KIRK, ATKINSON, AND WILSON, Solicitors for W. E. Hughes.
