TOWN, Accommodation, and Rural Sections of Land, for Sale by auction, at Nelson, being the remainder of the 200 Allotments originally reserved for Colonial purchasers. The above Allotments consist of three sections; viz., one Acre of Town Land, 50 Acres Suburban Land, and 150 Acres of Rural Land. The Sections to be put up separately, after due notice, to suit purchasers, at an upset price, according to their estimated value, to be decided upon by the Company’s Agent previous to the Sale.
Many of these Sections have been chosen early, and are amongst the best in the Settlement. The Accommodation Land is generally within 20 miles of the Town, and most of the Sections are accessible to a dray, or have water communication to within a short distance.
