BOROUGH OF WELLINGTON; PUBLIC NOTICE. ANY Person desirous of cutting and carrying away Timber or Brushwood lying or standing on any of . the lines of the Streets within the said Borough, or upon those parts of the Public Reserve as may be set out for Roads, must apply to the Town Clerk. All persons found cutting, carrying away, or otherwise damaging or destroying the same, after this notice, without leave, will be prosecuted according to law. GEO. WHITE, Town Clerk.
