TENDERS will be received at the Transport OfTiee, Auckland, New Zealand, until the 22nd March, 1866, for the CONVEYANCE to ENGLAND, from AUCKLAND, of the -10 th REGIMENT and a Battery of Artillery, together with about 100 Military Invalids, Wounded Men, Btc. The ships to sail in April next. The estimated numbers will be about, more or less— Invalids. 100 Men 10 Women ■JOChildren 40th Regt. Rl, Artillery. 30 Officers 6 Officers 600 Men 175 Men 70 Women 30 Women 150 Chil- 50 Children dre u The ships must be classed either in Lloyd’s register A. red ; or not less than three-thirds Litter I erilas. Forms of Tender may be obtained at this Office. The rate for each officer, or other first or second class passenger, is to be stated, including mess, wine, beer, &c., bedding, and every table and cabin accoiimunlation j tlic rale per man, per woman, and per child, also the rate for each invalid, including victualling, medical comforts, and all requisites excepting bedding. All the columns and particulars required in the Tender must be properly filled in, the date when the ship will he ready for survey, to receive passengers, and to proceed to sea. The ships to be sailed in conformity with Admiralty Regulations, a copy of which, with the scale of victualling, quality of proclaims, and every information regarding the fitting of (he ship, will be furnished on application at the above Office. Agents are at liberty to tender vessels not in harbour, but which will arrive in time to be cleared and fitted for the Service. '(he lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
