OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CHRISTOPHER ROSS LEIGHTC N, of Auckland, New Zealand, Builder, has by Deed of Conveyance and Assignment bearing date the 10th day of June, 1865, made between the said CHRISTOPHER ROSSLEIGHTON of the first part, James Heron, Timber Merchant, James Rice Morgan, Builder, and George William Fowler, Timber Merchant, all of Auckland aforesaid of the second part, and the several persons creditors of the said Christopher Ross Leighton, whose names are thereto subscribed, of the third part, conveyed and assigned all his real and personal effects, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, unto the said James Heron, James Rice Morgan, and George William Fowler, in trust for all the creditors of the said Christopher Ros Leighton, who shall sijin the same within the period of one calendar month from the date thereof.
