Appointment.—We understand that Mr. Jonas Woodward has been offered and accepted the situation of accountant to the General Government at a salary ol £6OO. It is said that he will resign his provincial appointments at the conclusion of the forthcoming extraordinary session of the Provincial Council.—Advertiser, January 17.
