Shipped at Wellington ; —l4 mats, 10 casks coffee, 3 cases lamps, 1 case, Bucholz & Co. ARRIVAL OF THE PAKEHA FROM PRINCE EDWARDS’ ISLAND. The brig Pakeha, 173 tons, Captain Alexander Campbell, left the Coast of Prince Edwards’ Island on the 23rd Dec. She crossed the Equator on the 24th January, and went into the Cape of Good Hope on the 6th March, and left again on the 24th; ran through Bass’ Straits on the 12th May, and had a fine run to the Kings, which she made on the 18th, from thence had light and variable winds along the coast, and dropped anchor at 10 p.m. last night. She brings a small cargo and 45 passengers, the names of whom we are unable to give in our present issue, as the Captain stated to our Reporter that 'the Supercargo had taken the list with him to the owners ; and the owners, in answer to our application for a copy, said that it was on board the ship.—Williams agent. The barque Lombard cleared yesterday for Welshpool. The Oregan, barque, sailed for Newcastle yesterday morning. fhe Peerless, ship, for Bombay via Kaipara, and the Dart, brig, for Hobarton, cleared outwards at the Customs yesterday. The s.s. Corio, Captain Turner, will sail for Napier this day. The schooner Sea Breeze, Captain Wheeler, left Russell last Tuesday evening, and arrived in harbour last night. She brings 28 tons kauri gum, two boats, and eight passengers. Captain Wheeler reports 2 American whalers in the Bay —one the Alabama, barque, Coffin, 47 months out, with 1,000 barrels sperm oil, bound on a cruise; and the Plover, barque, Macy, 24 months out, with 400 barrels sperm oil, bound on a cruise.
