NON-PAYMENT OF RATES.
We have reprinted in our issue this day " The Sale for non-payment of Rates Act, 1862," passed by the General Assembly in its last Session, and we desire to direct the attention of Highway Commissioners and Local Boards to the powers of enforcing payment which this law confers.
