Wesleyan Missions. THE following Services will be held in connection with the Annual Meeting of the Wesleyn Missionary Society for the Auckland District, On SUNDAY next, Nov. 9th, Preparatory Sermons will be preached in the different Chapels; At High-street, in the morring, a 11, by Rer JOHN WHITELEY from New Plymouth; and in the evening, at 6, by Rev. ALEX. REID from Waipa. At Hobson-street, in the morning, at 11, by Re v T BUDDLE; and in the evening, at 6, by Rev G* STANNARD. At-Parnell, in the morning, at 11, by R ev , J SMITH; and in the evening, at 6, by Rev. KIRK. , At the Wesleyan Chapel, Onehunga, in the morning, at 4-past 10, by Rev. A. REID; and in the evening, at 6, by Rev. J. WARREN. The PUBLIC MEETING will be held in the High Street Chapel on MONDAY EVENING, the loth. The Chair will be taken at 4-past 6 by Dr. BENNETT, and the Meeting addressed by several Ministers and friends. Collections at the close of each service in aid of the above Missions. A MISSIONARY TEA MEETING will be held in the School-room, High-street, on WEDNESDAY EVENING at 6 o’clock. Tickets 2s, each ; may be had at the Stores of Messrs. M. & A. Somerville, Prime, and Mears, Queen-street; and at Mr. French’s, Victoria-street. The Anniversary of the Opening of the Independent Chapel, PRINCES STREET, ONEHUNGA, WILL be commemorated on SABBATH the 9th instant, when two SERMONS will be preached, that in the Morning by the Rev. T. HAMER, And in the Evening by the Rev. J. LONG. Services to commence in the morning at 11 o’clock and in the evening at C o’clock. A Collection will be made at the close of each service. Also in connection with the above, a Tea Meeting will be held in the adjoining School Room on the following WEDNESDAY Evening, at 6 o’clock, tobe succeeded by a Public Meeting in the Chapel, when addresses will be delivered by several friends. The Rev. R. Laishley will preside. Tickets Is. 6d. each, to be had of Messrs. S. Flemming, J. Davis, and J. Spalding, Onehunga; and Mr. Rout, Auckland. Conveyances will be ready between 9 and 10 o’clock, p.m., for the accommodation of those who may wish to return to Auckland. Fare 2s. Gd. V.) in he Odd Fellows’ Hall, on TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY, Nov. 18th and 19th, to liquidate the debt on the High-street Congregational Sunday School Room. The Committee wi*sh to notify their intention to offer the whole of the goods at fair prices, and that raffles or lotteries will not be permitted. A Band will be in attendance each evening.
