NOTICE is hereby given that by Deed dated the 21st day oi' August, 1862, James William Carr of Auckland, Shipbuilder, granted and assigned to Messrs. Christopher Atwell Harris and William Rattray, of the firm of Lilcwall and Rattray, of Auckland, Merchants, the whole of his real leasehold and personal property, upon trust for the benefit of the creditors of the said James William Carr. And notice is hereby further given that the said Deed of Assignment lies at the office of Mr. Andrew Beveridge, Solicitor, Lower Queen-street, Auckland, for execution by the Creditors of the said James William Carr, and that such Creditors who shall not execute the same on or before the 22nd day of September next, will be precluded from all participation in the dividends derivable from the estate.
