Airedale, this day, at 4 p.m. O Pre-payment of Letters.—lt is of great importance to remember that after the 31st of this month the pre-payment of " inland letters" will be uo longer optional. From and after that day inland as well as "ship letters" must be pre-paid ; not by tenderiug money at the post office windows. The same rules apply to book packets, and to such newspapers as are liable to postage.
