HAVE been instructed by Mr. John Russell to preliminarily announce the sale of his Suburban Property, situate on the North Road, a few miles from the City. On this property there is a valuable water power, and a creek navigable for cargo boats of large burthen. The soil of the greater portion is really good; while the steady advance of the City in this direction, and the increasing traffic, together with its convenient connection by water with the City, ensure to the purchaser a certain increase in value, greater in amount than any other surrounding City District can promise. To meet the varied and numerous applicants, the property will be sold in HOME SITES OF ONE ACRE EACH, and SMALL FARMS OF FIVE ACRES OR MORE, on liberal terms, one-fourth cash only being required, thereby enabling all classes to compete in the purchase.
