Mataiana. rriO BE SOLD, by Private Treaty, TWO FARMS, X either together or separate. A Farm of 88 Acres, 50 of which is cultivated, and mostly laid down in grass, together with Weatherhoard House, good Garden, Store, four-stall Stahle, Corn Yard, Stock Yard, &c. It is bounded on the East by the Falls Farm, the property of S. H. Bnrningham, Esq., on the North by the Matakana River, and has a waterfall of eighteen feet, suitable for a Flour Mill or Threshing Machine, with a never-failing supply of water at nil seasons, and only nJTquarter of a mile from the boat landing. Adjoining the above, a Farm of 110 Acres, 20 acres of which is in cultivation, together with an Orchard and Nursery, well known for the tine fruit and fruit trees which it has produced.
