Unreserved Sale on Tuesday, 16th July, at Twelve o’clock. MR. S. JONES Has received positive instructions from Mr. Folet, to Sell by Public Auction, at his Mart, on TUESDAY, the 16th July, at 12 o’clock, All that well-known and valuable PROPERTY AT OTAHUHU, Bounded by the River, the Groat South Road, and Fairburn-strcet, now known as the OTAHUHU TOWNSHIP. The importance of its site must bo perceptible to every one who for a moment will glance at the map of Auckland and its neighbourhood. It will at once be seen that all the traffic to the whole Country South of the City, viz., to Papakura, Drury, the Wairoa, Waiuku, the Waikato, &c,, does and _ must always pass along the Great South Road, which for upwards of three quarters of a mile bounds the Town ship. The River, the chief boundary of the property, is sufficiently deep for vessels of 50 tons register to navigate at all times. The Allotments, commencing at the Otahuhu Bridge, front the Great South Road, and run through the centre of Otahuhu. The frontage to the river is upwards of one mile. The Township is now pegged off, and the streets well defined. Lithographed plans can be had at the Auction Mart, and at the different Hotels in Town, and at Messrs. Hall, Street, Rogers, and Hunt’s at Otahuhu. It is quite unnecessary further to describe a Property so universally known as this. The Auctioneer will bring it to the hammer WITHOUT RESERVE. Intending purchasers, and all who arc interested in the advancement of Otahuhu, arc requested to visit the Township, and to judge for themselves. The Surveyors, who arc now at the Township, will be happy to afford every information, if required.
