UNDER and in pursuance of the 14th clause of the “ Auckland Waste Land Regulations, 1859,” I hereby notify that I have set apart ten allotments in the Town of Mongonui as sites for places of worship, and I hereby invite the Representatives of the several religious bodies recognised as having officiating Ministers within the provisions of the “Marriage Act,” who may be resident within the Province of Auckland, and who may wish to obtain sites for places of worship, to make to the Waste Land Commissioner on or before Monday the 16th day of January, 1860, written application for one of the said allotments.
