ERRATUM.
In our article on “ Auckland’s Share of Imports, Exports, and Revenue,” for the December quarter of 1858, by an oversight in copying from some rough calculations, it was stated with respect to the Exports (£44,292), “ Of this Auckland contributed £17,654—-nr £8,760 more than one-third the total for the Colony,” This latter clause had reference to another item of calculation. The sentence should have read,—“ or £6,581 more than one-fourth the total for the Colony,”—an excess sufficiently satisfactory to our Provincial sclf-complaconcy. -Oar Southern contemporaries ■will please to credit us with this correction in reading the article in question.
