The whole of the above land was originally purchased by Mr. Munn at Government sale, and selected very carefully with the view of obtaining the most valuable sites. From his long residence and thorough acquaintance with the district, no one was so well qualified to do so to advantage, nor can a better guarantee be given for its high value. All the Government land is now sold at Napier, so that such an opportunity of acquiring freehold property need neldom be expected. For further particulars apply to Mr. Munn, or to the Auctioneers at Wellington and Napier. Terms—Liberal. October 7, 1858. HOTEL AND PUBLIC-HOUSE PROPERTY. For Sale at Napier. MESSRS. STUART, KINROSS & Co., have received instructions from Mr. Daniel Munn, Ahuriri, to sell by public auction, at their Land Sale, at Napier, on Wednesday, Ist December next, the whole of Town Section, No. 46, with the buildings thereon, well known as the ROYAL HOTEL. This house for many years has been the favourite resort with the settlers in Hawke's Bay, and has done a most extensive firstclass business. The accommodation is most complete and airy, and there is also a six-stalled stable just erected, with harness-room, &c. Few such eligible opportunities have ever been presented for the investment of capital in this branch of business in New Zealand, and which is solely caused by Mr. Munn\s retiring from the business to reside at his sheep station. Napier is rapidly advancing as a commercial Fort, and has now a large body of the Military located there. Nor should it be lost sight of that a few months hence the Ahuriri will become a separate and distinct Province, which will no doubt much increase the trade and enhance the value of the property in the district. For further particulars, apply to Mr. Munn, on the premises; or at the Auctioneers' offices in Wellington or Ahuriri. p OOD LIME always on hand, at Mr. U" Janies Allen's, -Allied Anns" Hotel, Albert-street.
