And also all that other said allotment or parcel of hind, containing by admeasurement 32 acres (more or less) situated in the parish of Waitemata aforesaid, suburban allotment No. 10 of section No. 9, bounded on the North by a road 1520 links, on the East by lot No. 1923 links on the South by a Creek, and on the AVest by lot No. 9, 2735 links. All that piece oy parcel of land, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, (more or less) situated in the Parish of Pakuranga in the country of Eden, and being part of allotment Xj. 101, bounded on the North by a line 1770 links, by a line 250 links, and by a road 1520 links, 111 links, 101 links, 487 links, 220 links, and 651 links on the South-east by a line 1877 links, on the North East, by a line 1044 links, again on the South-east by a line 2810 links, on the South by a line 1135- links, and on the "West by a line 3738 links,' excepting so much and such of the said land as may be necessary for the. making of a road not exceeding 66 feet in width, in through, or over the said piece or parcel of land, or any part thereof, and reserving such right of road as by the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853, section No. 3, clause No. 12, as prescribed in that behalf. And also all that allotment or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement one acre (more or less), situated in the Parish of Pakuranga, in the country of Kden, and being allotment No. 19 of the village of llowick, bounded on the North by lot No. 18, 433 links, on the East by Moore-street 254 links on the South by lot No. 20, 412 links, and on the West by lots Nos. 13 and 12, 308 links. And also all that allotment or parcel of land, situated in the Parish of Pakuranga, in the county of Eden, and being allotment No. 114 of the Village of Howick, bounded on the North by Elliot-street 182 links, and 5(5 links, on the East by lot No. 115, 488 links, on the South by Vincent-street 237 links, and on the West by lot No. 113, 305 links, with all buildings thereon erected and all other the right and appurtenances thereto belonging. All that piece or parcel of land, part of allotment No. 15 of East Tamaki farms, containing by admeasurement 20 acres (more or less), bounded on the North-west by other part of the said allotment 1794 links, on the North-east by a road 1235 links, on the South by a line bearing 130 ° 25', 280 links by another bearing 120 c 56', 312 links, and by a stream, and on the South-west by part of No. 19, 1187 links, be the same several admeasurements a little more or less. 4 All that allotment or parcel of land in New Zealand aforesaid, containing by admeasurement 88 (more or less), situate on the east side of Turanga creek, in the country of Eden, being allotment No. 6 of the parish of Maraiti, bounded on the North by. Turanga creek and by a stream, on the East by lot No. 7, 2080 links, on the South by a road 810 links, 545, 1245, 790, 477, and 310 links, and on the West by Turanga creek. 5 All that allotment or parcel of land situated in the parish of Waitemata, in the county of Eden, and being allotment No. 66 of section No. 2 of the village of Panmurc, bounded on the North-east by a road 279 links, on the South-east by lot* No. 65, 367 links, on the South-west by lots No. 71 and 72, 290 links, and on the North-w r est by lot 67, 370 links, with the messuage or dwelling house thereon erected. All that allotment or parcel of land, being allotment No. 7of section No. 2of the village of Panmure, situate in the Province of Auckland aforesaid, and containing by admeasurement one rood and 26 perches (more or less), bounded on the North by a road 117 links, on the East by allotment No. 8 of the same section, 312 links, on the South by allotment No. 55, 117 links, and on the W r est by allotment No. 6 of the same section, 339 links, with the messuage and buildings thereon erected, subject to a prior mortgage of £7O.
