DAVID NATHAN Has received instructions from the Proprietor, Mr, Michael Tekin, to sell by Auction, on the 20th March, 1857, if not disposed of by private contract previous to that date, Very Desirable Farm, situated at Maraitai, about 2 miles from Howick beach, having Forty chains frontage to a sheltered bay, with good landing and a navigable river for crafts of 15 to 20 tons, the entire length of the Farm, the same containing 219 acres of the very finest soil, having thereon two dwelling houses, stack yard paled with 6 feet stuff, and a paddock of 21 acres ready for cropping in May, fenced with 5 feet paling, with two constant springs of water running through the same. There are 500 acres of Kauri Forest, fronting the sea, about two miles from the Farm, and 300 acres of Kauri Forest within half-a-mile of the Farm —roads cut into the centre of each bush. The purchaser of the Farm can cut the timber thereon until the whole is cleared for a small consideration. For further particulars apply to the Auctioneer or to Mr. M. Tekin, on the Farm.
