Each Tender to be in duplicate, sealed and endorsed ‘‘Tender for Annual Supplies at Auckland.” A Tender once sent in cannot be withdrawn or altered. Information as to what ’lenders have been accepted will be given as soon as practicable, and the Bond must then be completed without delay. Should any person who may sign a lender, either as a proposed Contractor or as a Surety, refuse to fulfil his oiler on an unsatisfactory excuse, he will be considered ineligible in future to act in either capacity.
