Catalogues to be had at the Mart. The cottage, garden, and paddocks, comprising in all 12 acres, well be lettogctheror separately during Mr. Forsaith's absence. The cottage contains two sitting rooms, five bed rooms, a large cellar, a pantry and kitchen. Is situated within an easy walk of the City. Has a large garden stocked with fruit trees, ornamental shrubs and flowers, and a grass paddock immediately adjoining, containing about an acre, a well with a never failing supply of water, a coach house and stable, fowl house, &c, &c.
