By his Excellency’s command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial SVcietary. ; . A-—; An Act to continue for a further limited time the Act of Council regulating the Exportation of Gunpowder and Warlike Stores. [Assented to, 22 nd August, 1855.] WHEREAS it is expedient to continue for a further limited lime the Act of Council passed in the ninth year of her Majesty’s reign, number six, regulating the exportation of Gunpowder and other Waibke Stores, subject to the restriction thereof to such Gunpowder and Warlike stores, and such Vessels, as may he shipped and cleared out fur New Zealand, as provided by the Act of Counci’, number twenty, of the seventeenth year of Her Majesty’s reign ; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales, by and with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows: 1. Toe said Act sha’l be and is hereby continued from the thirty-first day of December now next, to which it now stands continued, to the thirty-first day of December, which ■will be in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven : Provided nevertheless, that the provisions thereof shall extend and apply only to such Gunpowder or Warlike Stores, and to such vessels as may be shipped Or cleared out for the Colony of New Zealand Charles Nicholson, Speaker. Passed the Legislative Council this tenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five. WM.
