THE Masters of Vessels, requiring to come alongside the Queen-street Wharf will make application after the Ist of January, 1853, at the Harbour Committee Oflico any day, Sundays excepted, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and they .will be required to attend to the direction of the person in charge of the Wharf. Attention is called to the Bye Laws, which are at all limes open for inspection in the Harbour Committee Room. Vessels discharging foreign import cargo will lake the preference of loading vessels on the cast side of the Wharf, except where special permission has been given for a specific time allowed. Particular attention is called to fastening vessels agreeable to directions, aud to the quick removal of goods, as the Wharf is not to be considered in a secure, finished condition, or proper places for fastening prepared.
