ALL HAIL TO THE FLAGS OF THE BRAVE AND THE FREE

All hail to the flags of the brave and the free, That over the Euxiue's dark waters now waive; For favoured by Heaven their mUsiOU must be, Since their aim is the weak from oppression to save. There is one who should know (if all 's true which we hear That the people who spared not a prince of their own, Will never shield him, should he ever appear As a traitor—though near he may stand to the throne. Though the proud Czar may boast of millions who bow To him, as a god, both the head and the knee; Though the emblem of empire encircle his brow, He's no more than a robber, and nought less is he. Then, hail ! to the flags of the brave and the free, That over the Euxine's dark waters now wave; Successful we know their mission must be, For their object is Turkey from Russia to save. BIfTA-
