DAIRY FARMS AT EPSOM. TO BE LET, for one or raore years— Two GRASS PADDOCKS, of Twenty-five Acres each, situaed between the residence of Captain Powditch, ane that of Mr. Patrick Donovan. The Pasturage is indisputably the best in the colony. One Hundred and three tons of Bay has been safely stacked off the two Farms in December last, and the present tenant has been in receipt of five pounds a week for depasturing stock for a period of nine months of the year.
