I^ENDERS are requested to be sent in to Mr. F. W. Mkrriman, on or before 20th March inst.,for the erection of between 40 and 50 rods of a Scoria Diy Wall, between the premises of Mr. Donald McNaughten and Mr. C. Barable, at Epsom. The wall to be 3 feet at the bottom, l£ feet at the top, and to be 5 feel high exclusive of the coping. Full particulars will be furnished on application at the office of F, W. CERTAIN SETTLERS of the Hundred of Onehunga having expressed a desire that a Cattlk Show and Fair for the disposal of Stock by Private Sale and Bargain be established within the said Hundred, all persons favourable to the matter are invited to attend a Public Meeting, to be held at Tye's Inn, Epsom, at 12 o clock, noon, on Thursday, the 3rd of April next, to take into consideration the matter, site, means of making the necessary erections, and other circumstances connected therewith. THE whole or a portion of an ALLOTMENT of LAND, containing one acre and three roods, situate in St. George's Bay adjoining the property of Lieut. Chesney. There is a good Cottage, and the Frame of another, erecied on the premises, and the greater part of the allotment is enclosed with a substantial Fence. The ground is partially cultivated, a portion of it laid out in garden, in which are growing a number of healthy fruit trees.
