AL L Persons licensed to Depasture Stock within the Hundred of Onehunga, are hereby required to furnish to the Waidens of the said Hundred a correct return of the Biands and other marks by which their Stock are to be distinguished, according to Schedule A of the Crown Lands' Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, (23rd August, 1 849) and also specifying the number of each kind, male or female, working oxen, horses used in draught, or otherwise as may be. NOTICE.
ANY Person desirous of taking a Depasturing License, according to Provisions contained in Clause (twenty-nine) 29, of j Crown Lands' Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, (23id August, 1849), is requested to make application to the Wardens of the Hundred of Onehunga, specifying situation and quantity of said Lands, ia writing, on or befoie the 25th day of March. WARDENSHIP OF ONEHUNGA. NOTICE. PERSONS desirous to take on themselves the charge and duties of POUNDKEEPER for the Hundred of Onehunga, are requested to send proposals therefor in wiiting to the Wardens of said Hundred, on or before the 25th day of March. The proposals to embrace the erection of a ' Pound of three (3) rods square, and having two (2) divisions, at the personal cost of the proposer. The said Pound to be contiguous to some Public road convenient to water, and the said proposer to satisfy the Wardens of his ability to supply such necessary food as may be required for the stock impounded ; and in case of acceptance he will be required to enter into bonds with two (2) sureties for the due performance of the duties, and the prompt and true payment of all sums of money or fines laid on, or otherwise recoverable on the stock therein impounded, and to conform to all such rules and regulations as may be made at any time for the current year, by any of the persons duly empowered, Wm. NOTICE. •TIHE WARDENS of the Hundred of OneJi hunga give notice that all Stock not duly licensed or otherwise provided for in the ByeRules and Regulations of the said Hundred will be by them or some one of them or other person, by them duly authorized on or after the day of current, impounded and will be liable to payment of the Pound Fees and charges, and such other pains and penalties as are provided by the 37th clause of Crown Lands' Ordinance, Session 10, No. 1, (29th August, 1849.)
