AT a General Meeting of the New Ulster Jockey Club, held at the Exchange Hotel on Monday the 11th June, 1849, Captain Beckh am in the chair, it was unanimously resolved — That the annual subsciiption of members of this Club to the Race Fund shall be £2 2. That all subscriptions be forthwith collected. That Mr. Hyam Joseph be appointed Treasurer and Mr. Seci-etary. That the Secretary of this Club be instructed to communicate with the Racing community at Wellington, with a view to their co-opera-tion in securing due reg ulation of the Turf. That the next spring Meeting take place on the Ist of December. That Mr. Hardington be deputed forthwith to collect all subscriptions, and that he be appointed Clerk of the Course. That a Committee be appointed to inspect the Course and make such improvements thereon as they may deem necessary, the expense tq be defrayed from the Race Fund. Members — Mr. Mayne, Capt.
