HP HE Pre-emption claims included in the 3. following schedule having been submitted to the Honorable the Attorney-General, in accordance with the directions contained in Earl Grey's Despatch No. 41, dated 10th Febiuaiy, 1847, and that officer having reported that he is unable to certify that the purchases in these cases have been made "in strict purjsuance of and under the authority of the Proclamation," of 10th October, 1844, His Excellency the Governor-in -Chief has dhected it to be notified for the information of parties concerned, that the claims in question have been disallowed.
