FARM ON THE TAMAKI FOR SALE.
THE FARM belonging to Mr. D. White, situated within ten minutes walk of St. John's College. The Farm contains upwaids of 104 acres 80 of which have hcen cultivated and laid down in glass, 50 acies of which is well established being one and two years old. The uncultivated poition is nearly ready for the plough. The whole of this Farm is arable, abundantly watered at all seasons, and is well fenced and subdivided • the soil is the finest in the distiict, and the quality of the pasture may be known from the fact of its being regularly stocked at the rate of one head per acre in glass, and their attaining to high condition. As a Dairy and Agricultural farm it is not surpassed. The Farm, if not sold within a limited peliod, will be offered foi lease, on such teims and foi such number of years as may be agreed oilTitle — Crown giant, and purchased at Government public auction of Ciowu lands..
