CONNELL 8f RIDINGS cAVE received instructions to offer for Sale by Private Contract, Five Building Allotments in Victoria-street, within a few paces of Queen-street, and the Court House. Eight building allotments in Chapel Square and Hobson-street. Two allotments of half an acre each, in Freeman's Bay, immediately over the beach. Two Farms on the North Shore, within three miles of Auckland, containing respectively 45 acres and 1 1 0 acres, at 6s. per acre ; and a Farm in the parish of Karaka, containing 160 acres, at 3s. per acre. C. & R. are authorised to sell the above building allotments at such prices as will ensure a large return to their purchasers. They can offer them immeasurably below the upset prices now determined upon for Government lands in eligible localities. Title — Grants from the Crown.
