PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased are, on or before the twentyeighth day of June next, to come in and prove their debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his Office in the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefits arising from the said Estate. Any person giving to me any information so as to discover any at present unknown property belonging to the said Estate, will be liberally rewarded by the Administrator. Thomas Outhwaite, Registrar.
