This was a counter action to recover £200 damages for non-fulfilment of the chailer-pany which was the subject of the previous trial. The proceedii gs were postponed until tbe arrival of the Swan, cutter, the vessel that had been chartered, in order that defendant might be ftble to produce the log-book of the vessel.
