TTNTIL further Notice, Tenders will be yJ received at this Office, until noon of Monday and Thursday in each week, for the Bills of the Undersigned, either on the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, or on the Senior Commisssariat Officer at Sydney, New South Wales. The Tenders must be in Duplicate, and endorsed " Tender for Bills," and must express distinctly the amount in British Specie that will be allowed for each One Hundred Founds in Bills. PHILIP SKILLICORN, WHOLESALE AND RETAIL BUTCHER, BEGS leave to tender his most grateful thanks, and acknowledgements, to his kind friends, the gentry and public of Auckland at large, for the unprecedented and kind support he has received since his commencement in business, and respectfully calls attention to the fact, that he was the first person to reduce the price of Beef and Mutton to sixpence per pound, and now to his second reduction to five pence per pound for the best quality in the Colony,— but for Cash only, upon delivery, as he is Only enabled to do so by the extensive arrangements he has made with Stock-holders for a very large and constaut supply, the full benefit of which he "will always give to a liberal and discerning public, fully determined that no other in the trade shall give more advantageous and general satisfaction. P. S.— A good supply of Pork, Mutton, Veal, Lamb, &c , in the season, always on hand, upon the most liberal terms. Shipping and Country orders punctually and promptly attended to.
