Land here must necessarily shortly be in great demand, and consequently raised in value in proportion to the depressed value of land in the disturbed settlements, which is now said to be valueless; they are now commissioned to offer land unrivalled in quality and locality, and in sight of Auckland, in lots from Twenty to One Hundied Acres, or upwards, to suit the convenience of Pur-
