The communication of « Anglo " is received,—on its subject enough has been already written. To " Domesticus " we would observe, that the generous premiums of the Governor are for'the first specimens of an avticle not yet manufactured; and however meritorious the individual to whom" he alludes may be, we doubt not th.it he, as well as all others, who are the first to establish a manufacture of such importance and continual consumption, will find their reward. "We would advise "G. A. W." of Epsom, and his neighbours, to represent the state of their village to the higher powers, by memorial, with the appointment he suggests.
