Okmsby, Esq., to offer to Public competition on j Tuesday, the 29th day of July next, at 12 o'Clock, at the Stock-yard of the Blue Bell, in Queen Street. T<HIRTY-FIVE FINE BRED COWS, X (in calf). The Auctioneer deems it his duty, in calling the attention ofStock-keepers, Dairy-men and Butchers to this important Sale, to point out, that this Stock is by far the very best ever imported into this Colony, being from the highly bred and well known herds of : Peiek Imlay, Esq., and were selected by that Gentleman, as the choicest breed, with the in- , tention of his forming a breeding station in this Colony. The Cattle, in fact, for beauty, docility and usefulness are perfectly unrivalled. The great scarcity of well bred Cows in New Zealand, and the very remote prospects of our having any fresh shipments of such stock, as that now offered for Sale, make this such an opportunity as will not soon again pi esent itself; at which parties will be enabled to supply themselves with first rate Stock. The Cows are all in Calf to that magnificent well-known Bull, "Bobby," whose Sire realized 500 Guineas under public competition, who will also be ofi'ered for Sale.
