SCRIP FOU SALE.
ri ENTLEMEN desirous of purchasing Scrip v3T for the ensuing Land Sale, in July nexi, can be supplied by application to J. Woolly, . Shortland-Crescent This, in all probability, being the last LandScrip sale, and as the greater body of the Northern Settlers will now concentrate in the neighbourhood of Auckland — thereby raising the value of property. And the circumstances under which the sale is made, uot being likely to produce very great competition, raises the value of Scrip, and is particularly advantageous to Government officers, whose salaries enable them to see through these bad times; also other capitalists, whose well placed confidence in the Government assures them of peace and security, and the consequent reaction to times more prosperous than any Auckland has yet seen.
