The charge's arose oiit of. a disturbance in Willis street on November ,'ltli. • v The l\Lagistrate said-the evidence adduced by the prosecution was consistent, while that given for the dejence was contradictory and unsatisfactory. On the first, charge, accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, while on the others he wa3 convicted .and discharged. '
