The new Ministry is concentrating on the Republican groups to the exclusion of Conservatives, Royalists, and Socialists. .M. Oleinonecnu, as President of the Senate's Army Committee, is one of the best informed men in France, on the military situation. He has always demanded greater energy in tho prosecution of the war, M.Cleineneeali's Government is maintaining the military and diplomatic censorship, but abolishing the political censorship. The newspapers will be free to publish all the documents they obtain, and have full liberty of criticism.
