Following the failure of the Polish Kingdom being proclaimed in Ndvomber, Austria and Germany are repartitionirig the country.' Germany takes' one-tenth of Russian Poland and Aus : tria the remainder/.The Emporor Karl will become of Poland, including Galicia, and the Dual Monarchy will become tlio Triple Monarchy.
The now Poland will have its own Government and Parliament, but its army and foreign policy,will be im'penally controlled, The scheme- renders tlio Poles liable to serve in tli'o Austrian army, and also removes the Gnlician deputies from the Reichsrat and the crushing German predominance there.
