LORD.MAYOR'S HOSPITALITY. The Australian Rugby team who played a match at Cardiff Anns Park on Saturday, April 28tli, mot ivitli a cordial reception in the city. Headed by E. E, Booth, a member of the famous All Black team, they paid a visit to the City Hall, where thoy wore hospitably entertained by the Lord Mayor (Councillor J. Stanficld), who introduced them to 'Colonel J, Lynn Thomas, C.B, The visitors were Bliown round the Ijuilding and greatly admired the statuary in the marble hall. They were especially interested in tho photographs taken on the occasion of the" presentation of the freedom of the city to the Rt, Hon. W. M. Hughes, Prime Minister of Australia, Captain R, I). Hall, in a neat speech, thanked the Lord Mayor for his official reception of the team;, and Booth spoke of the happy memories connected,itfith the visit of the All Blacks in 1906-?.
