DEPUTATION TO PRIME MINISTER (Per I'rcss Association,) WELLINGTON, August 21 A numerous deputation of dairy farmers asked the Prime Minister today that- butter-makers be paid from the Consolidated Fund the difference between the price at which they were compelled by regulation-to sell butter in New Zealand and 'the. price ruling at that time in London. " ' Mr Massev refused to entertain the suggestion, i<sHl said he did not think the Cabinet would entertain such a proposal. ' . '
