O'Brien has finally refused Mr Lloyd George's ajipcal to serve on the Irish Convention. Mr O'Bnoii says I hat lie learns on high authority that the Nationalists contemplate partition, not into two, but four Trelamls, He also suspects the Nationalists of securing Lord Dunraven's expulsion from the Convention.
