RATES, The Postmaster-General advises that the rates of postage on parcels addressed to soldiers and nurses of British, New Zealand, Australian, or other colonial or allied troops on active service in England, Egypt, Flanders, France, and Mesopotamia or any other part of the world are as follows; Not exceeding 31b- Is. •Not exceeding 71b 2s. The maximum weight is 71b. These rates also apply to parcels addressed to New Zealand sailors c:i board any warship manned by a New Zealann crew. Mails for the Expeditionaiy Force? abroad, United Kingdom and Europe, United States of America, Canada, South America, South Africa and the East will be dispatched by the first available steamer. H.
